VeilTab subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back policy for first-time purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written enterprise agreement.
How to request a refund
Contact support using the same email address used for checkout and include your order details so the billing record can be located.
After cancellation
If a refund is approved, access may be removed and the related subscription may be cancelled in Stripe to prevent future charges.
